Our client is an exclusive small-scale luxury private clubhouse nestled in a serene setting, offering members a unique blend of elegance and comfort. They are currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper to handle daily housekeeping and steward duties.

About The Role

• Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Develop operating goals, KPIs, and SOPs; monitor compliance with service standards.
• Plan, organize, and control cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance functions across all Clubhouses.
• Conduct daily inspections of all housekeeping areas to ensure standards are met.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere, ensuring effective communication and regular briefings.
• Monitor the management and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies; ensure adherence to budgeted expenses.
• Conduct regular reviews of equipment and supplies for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and monitor department budgets, operational costs, and capital expenditure recommendation.
• Maintain effective communication within the housekeeping team and with other department.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management from a leading hospitality institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in housekeeping gained from prestigious clubhouses or hotels.
• Hands-on housekeeping experience; able to roll up sleeves and take a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills, along with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and the application of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
