In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our client's sales and marketing strategies for Residential projects across Hong Kong. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal business units, external property agencies, contractors, and design houses, ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution and marketing.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our residential projects.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Sales Campaign Management:

• Oversee the entire life cycle of sales campaigns, from conception through execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set clear objectives, allocate budgets, and establish time lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Market Adaptability:

• Maintain strong connections with industry players to stay informed about market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging advertising opportunities.
• Quickly respond to changes in the market landscape, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Partnership Development:

• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing agencies, media partners, and design teams.
• Facilitate the creation of high-quality marketing materials that accurately reflect our brand and resonate with target audiences.

Project Management Excellence:

• Lead project management efforts to ensure that all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilise project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.

Team Building and Leadership:

• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation among team members.
• Effectively allocate tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements, ensuring optimal team performance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
• excellent fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Professional Experience:

• At least 10-12 years of experience in the residential property sales field, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in various advertising mediums, including video production, online marketing, and print media.

Market Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong residential property market, including product development processes and regulatory frameworks such as The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and sales administration practices is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• - Proven experience in advertising and public relations planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
