Description

• Identify opportunities to enhance license renewals based on clients' public screening requirements
• Help licensees maximize their licenses to minimize churn during renewal phases
• Address questions related to renewals, promotional materials, rights, pricing, and content availability
• Achieve and surpass upsell targets to qualify for commission
• Assist in the creation and translation of newsletters and other promotional content

Profile

• 3+ years of work experience in delivering customer service and upselling existing clients
• Handled customer inquires in a timely manner
• Excellent command in English and Cantonese
• Experience in creating basic marketing materials such as translation and design
