Description
As an AML Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing AML/CFT systems and controls
- FATCA/CRS
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing AML/CFT training programs
- Conducting AML/CFT risk assessments
- Reporting suspicious transactions to relevant authorities
- Providing advisory services to business units on AML/CFT issues
- Liaising with regulators and auditors
- Keeping abreast of emerging AML/CFT trends and regulations
Profile
A successful AML Manager should have:
- A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 4-7 years of AML experience from bank or insurance or big 4 consulting background
- prefer candidates from big 4 consulting background with AML project experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- must be fluent in chinese
