Our client is a rewoned multi-branded restaurant group with business operations in Hong Kong and China. A rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting a Marketing Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

About The Role

• Report to the Head of Marketing and lead the marketing team. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase customer loyalty through omnichannel marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Manage the restaurant chain's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, menus, and locations.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content updates.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across projects.
• Work closely with operations and culinary teams to align marketing efforts with menu launches and service initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, food service, or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successful campaign management and brand growth.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for food, dining trends, and customer experience would be a plus.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role.
