THE COMPANY :
- European MNC third party logistics (3PL) and warehousing service provider
- We are looking for LOGISTICS OPERATION OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Logistics Manager
- Lead the logistic operation team to maintain high level logistics services.
- Standardize and systemize the workflow with a view to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation procedures.
- Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements and supports customer service to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day to day
- Prepare regular reports such as month end closing.
- Degree or above in Logistics / Supply chain management or related disciplines
- 3+ years experience in logistics
- Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink)
- Proficient of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good leadership, strong problem solving skills, self motivated with strong desire to succeed.
- Proficient in MS office; familiar with excel
- Mon to Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-1pm (alternative Sat off after probation)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days

- Work location : Yuen Long West Rail Long Ping MTR
