- Japanese company
- Brand owner : audio consumer electronic products
- Hong Kong : trading & sales office, regional headquarters of APAC
- Mother company : manufacturer of consumer electronic products with factories in Japan & SE Asia
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING IT SPECIALIST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to CEO
- Lead IT team of 4 members in HK office
- Formulate & implement IT policies and procedures for HK office 100 headcount
- Coordinate with Japan headquarters for corporate projects
- Oversee the information security and IT operation
- Handle software implementation and maintenance projects, particularly on digital transformation implementation
- Monitor infrastructure, network and system performance
- Manage IT related budget and resources allocation
- Coordinate with IT vendors and other IT professional
- Oversee and ensure IT operation are compliant with audit (J-SOX, ISO9001, etc.)
- Good communications in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese
- Japanese-Language Proficiency (JLPT) N1
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information technology or related disciplines
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Information security certification (CISSP, etc.) is preferred
- Hands-on to setup, maintain offices enterprise IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, Identify and Access Management, Windows, Linux, SQL, and cloud services (AWS);
- Experience in ERP, PLM, SAP and customized applications will be a plus;
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
