  • We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER  - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
  • Oversee Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, conduct account reconciliations, and monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Budget Management: Coordinate and complete operational budgets and forecasts, monitoring the company's financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage small accounting teams located in China and Indonesia factories, ensuring they are properly trained and supported.
  • Compliance: Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executive team members to set budgets, financial strategies, and policies.
  • Report to: Company Director
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years accounting, with solid experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in toy manufacturing is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese preferred).
  • Location: Based in the Hong Kong office with occasional trips to China and Indonesia.
  • Terms & Benefits: 5 days work; Sat morning work-from-home; 13 months salary + performance bonus
