THE COMPANY :

- We are looking for SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager
- Provide support to Sales & Marketing team
- Assist in for customer’s on-boarding procedures
- Perform customer on-going compliance monitoring, due diligence documents update, and periodic site visit
- Analyze the latest compliance information and provide business insight for the sales team
- Assist in analyzing, planning and executing marketing and business plan to achieve sales target and business growth objective
- Prepare the proposal, quotation and sales reports independently
- Participate the sales and marketing activities, e.g. customer event, seminar, trade show, in order to maintain customer relationship
- Tertiary educated preferably in Law, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates or 1-3 years sales support or legal compliance related experience
- Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), SAP is an advantage
- No trips required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
