We are looking for a Legal Manager to join the Capital Markets team of a growing US law firm in Hong Kong.

Our client is a top tier US law firm with a strong capital markets practice in Hong Kong.

Description

You will work alongside a team of Legal Assistants and other Legal Managers to provide hands-on support across Hong Kong and/or US IPO projects, supporting a reputable team of Associates.

Profile

The ideal candidate is required to be a US LLM holder, who has preferably also passed the US bar. They must have prior work experience in the capital markets practice from another international law firm, either handling Hong Kong or US side IPO projects. Excellent language skills in English and Mandarin are required.
