Description

The Multimedia Designer will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our client's brand visual identity across various platforms. This dynamic role requires a creative individual with a solid understanding of design principles and a passion for visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity

• Develop visually compelling designs for digital ads, social media content, email marketing materials, print collateral, and more
• Apply expertise in typography, color theory, and layout composition to create high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines
• Utilise industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, product developers, and external stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines
• Present and articulate design ideas, explaining creative choices to foster alignment and enthusiasm
• Partner with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to develop engaging graphics and multimedia content tailored to target audiences

Profile

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and design capabilities

Education & Language Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders

Creative & Technical Skills

• Strong creative mindset with the ability to adapt to various design styles and latest technologies
• Familiarity with industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant designs

Industry Experience

• Candidates with relevant experience from creative and design agencies are encouraged to apply
