Client Details

My client who is a leading organization in HK. They are looking for a Legal Director to join their legal team and focus on general commercial legal work.

Description

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, including contracts, agreements, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, supplier contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Responsible for potential fund investments and advise on transactional matters.
• Identify potential legal risks associated with business activities and provide strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including, finance, and operations, to provide legal guidance and support business initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to commercial legal matters

Profile

• Qualified lawyer of Hong Kong with 15+ PQE with inhouse experience
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Legal Counsel
