About The Client
Our client is a leading conglomerate business with growing presence both in Hong Kong and overseas. They are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of PQE to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A and in-house experience will be an advantage.

About The Role

• Provide legal advice and support on M&A transactions, both in HK and overseas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Assist in general commercial matters as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of PQE.
• Proven experience in M&A.
• In-house legal experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with general commercial law is a plus.
