About The Client
Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer, currently seeking a Legal Counsel (PQE 5+) to join their team. Target candidates with solid commercial law experience, ideally in-house experience from retail or FMCG sector and experienced in reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial agreements.

About The Role

• Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including marketing, sales, distribution, and supplier contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support to various business units to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with external partners.
• Collaborate with a small, lean team to address legal issues and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law, preferably within the FMCG or Retail sector.
• Strong experience in reviewing and drafting variety of commercial agreements.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential.
• Positive attitude, detail-minded with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comfortable working within a small team environment and contributing to team goals.
