As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and overseeing the IT projects, particular the office automation systems
• Ensuring the effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software.
• Developing strategic plans for the deployment of information technology resources.
• Implementing and coordinating network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Evaluating new technology and software upgrades and making recommendations on the strategic use of IT.
• Managing vendor relationships and service contracts related to IT.

A successful IT Manager for this company should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and technically solid in office automation tools & systems
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills (fluent English and Chinese, including both Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Ideally with a total experience of less than 12 years.
