The candidate should have 1-2 years of working experience in ARM/ account opening/ client onboarding for private/ corporate banking clients. Fresh graduates are welcomed.

They are now looking for a Client Services Trainee to join their private wealth management division to handle account opening, KYC documentation and trade executions for Ultra High Net Worth clients. The private wealth management division provides highly personalized, best in class investment advice, execution services, wealth management and banking solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families across the region.

Description

• Responsible for account openings, client onboarding, KYC documentations for Ultra High Net Worth clients
• Support private bank relationship managers in building and maintaining relationships with clients and attending to client queries
• Execute client trade orders for global securities transactions
• Capture, monitor and prepare reports for management to identify trends in assessing the risk of the business
• Work closely with different products desks

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or business management related discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience in ARM/ account opening/ client onboarding/ trade execution for private banking/ corporate banking/ institutional clients within banking industry
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• HKSI paper 1 passed (passed before onboarding)
• Comfortable with numbers, analytics and Microsoft Office applications, able to work under pressure and tight timeframe
• Highly fluent in English and Mandarin
