An offshore law firm's Hong Kong office is seeking a talented Marketing Communications and Events professional to join their team.

With offices in key locations worldwide, including Hong Kong, it is recognized for its expertise in delivering seamless legal and governance services.

Description

The role involves ensuring the accuracy and branding of marketing materials, social media, and websites, while drafting press releases and posts for local and Chinese-language platforms. You'll curate content, manage directory submissions, oversee advertising and sponsorship activities, and deliver end-to-end event planning-from targeting and invitations to supplier coordination, onsite management, and post-event follow-ups. You'll also contribute to business development by managing CRM databases, tracking client data, conducting trend analyses, and supporting major pitches, reports, and marketing trips. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, facilitating client feedback, conducting research, and assisting on global initiatives.

Profile

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable knowledge of communications and marketing concepts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. You'll excel in project management, balancing tasks, deadlines, and budgets, while ensuring a high level of attention to detail. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) is preferred, along with over three years of experience in comms, events, and marketing within professional or financial services. Familiarity with digital, social media, and Microsoft applications, combined with commercial acumen, will ensure success in this role.
