Human Resources Assistant - Payroll
Job Details
Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly focus on Payroll administration and other HR related matters
  • Maintain leave & attendance records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare periodical HR reports with a tight schedule 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma holder or above
  • 1 year relevant experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing 
  • Fast learning, detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and able to work independently with high efficiency and accuracy
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

(Candidate with less experience will be consider as HR clerk)
