THE JOB

Reporting to the Assistant Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits), the Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits) will be responsible for the following duties:

 

  • Handle all leave administration matters;
  • Assist in performing compensation & benefits functions such as payroll and MPF administration, medical claims and insurance related issues;
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS system;
  • Assist in preparation of statistical analysis and reports;
  • Prepare for financial statistics and reports;
  • Assist in ad-hoc/ regular project; and
  • Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants should have: (1) a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics; or (2) any post secondary qualification;

  • Possess certificate/ diploma in human resources management or related discipline;
  • Strong knowledge and application in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
  • Strong in numeracy and good communication skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage; and
  • Proficient in HRIS system and MS-Excel.
