THE COMPANY :

- We are looking for FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER– with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to General Manager
- Lead Finance & Accounting teams of HK office and Dongguan factory
- Fully manage finance & accounting of HK office and Dongguan factory; as well as manage admin & HR functions of HK office 30 staff
- Oversee financial operations by generating financial data, preparing comprehensive reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company's financial health.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with HK & CN tax and financial reporting standards.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting as needed.
- Provide strategic financial advice to top management for key business decisions.
- Develop strategic business plans based on comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts.
- Degree holder in Accounting / Finance
- 5+ years finance & accounting role in manufacturers preferably in garment manufacturers
- 3+ years managerial or senior level role
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cash flow.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Occasional trip to Dongguan factory (can same day return HK)
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
