- We own several toy brands and collaborate with international toy brands to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of toys for children worldwide.
- Main Market: US major retailers and international toy brands
- We are looking for QUALITY TESTING ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Participate in implementing quality assurance programs to ensure our product quality are in compliance with the international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115 and CCPSA) as well as the company’s and customers’ requirements;
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure product design meets the international safety standard and retailer’s protocols;
- Work with factories for product sample drawing and submission; as well to ensure all product meets our quality requirements;
- Work with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or directives;
- Communicate with 3rd party laboratories to ensure product safety certificates are available on time;
- Higher Diploma in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
- (1) 2+ years of plastic/electronic/soft toys experiences in manufacturing/trading/buying offices; OR
- (2) 2+ years experience in laboratory / testing companies with focus in toy products
- Knowledge of international safety standard including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, CCPSA, etc.;
- Computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint);
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin;
- Occasional traveling to China is required.
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days
