We are looking for eCOMMERCE MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Report to European General Manager in Hong Kong office
Manage APAC Online Marketplaces (excluding China)
Develop proactive marketing strategies in alignment with brand guidelines for eCommerce
Analyze marketplace and competitor data to enhance the online customer shopping experience.
Ensure new sites are aligned with overall digital strategies and objectives
Maintain strong working relationships with third-party partners (Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, VIP, Amazon, etc.)
Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for eCommerce, along with action plans to increase sales on various online platforms.
Manage technology projects, including integrations with new platforms and tools such as OMS, as well as other key business solutions typically required for seamless operations with platforms like Zalora and Lazada.
Collect and analyze customer business performance data (e.g., shipment sales, public agency data, and online channels) and provide recommendations.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for eCommerce, including new platforms or resellers.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all product launches, marketing campaigns, and other customer interactions.
Perform eCommerce related ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Manage a small eCommerce team in Hong Kong, with frequent interaction with European headquarters
5+ years experience in APAC online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is required.
Proficient with analytics tools and Excel.
Advanced research and analytical skills.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is highly advantageous.
Experience with US/European fashion watch or fashion jewelry brands is an advantage.
Business-level English proficiency.
