THE COMPANY :

- Main product : automation products for the textiles sector
- Main market : China and Asia
- We are looking for SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform order processing and customer servicing for China market
- Handle customers’ enquiry including issuing of Quotation and Sales Contract.
- Sales order (for China market) following up including delivery, co-ordination with customers and D/N issuing.
- Follow up of repair issue from customers and prepare quotation.
- Assist in supporting activities for Sales team
- Data entry sales and payment records
- Prepare of monthly sales report for China account
- Purchase order follow up
- Data entry purchase and payment records
- Source and follow up of purchase in China for products (e.g.: travel adapter) enquired by European head office.
- Work with Import/Export shipping agent on new products query.
- F.5 graduates
- Diploma holder is a plus
- 2+ years work experience related to order process / sales support / client servicing in trading/manufacturing companies, or equivalent
- Experience in China market is a big plus
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin to deal with customers located in China
- No trips required
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
