The School of Business was accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2023 to be among less than 6% of business schools globally. The University now invites application for the following position:
Executive Officer – School of Business (Ref: EO (SBUS) 2025-03-28)
Responsibilities:
- support the School’s business engagement and external relations initiatives;
- organise the School’s internal and external events and activities including Junzi, Business Executive Club, Woman in Society Association and alumni networks;
- coordinate and support School’s Elite Mentorship Programme;
- support School’s marketing activities and projects; and
- serve as the secretary to School committees and working groups.
Applicants should:
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience preferably in the higher education sector;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess good communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills;
- have a good working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- be a good team player and able to work under pressure with the capacity for embracing new changes; and
- be attentive to details, and able to multi-task and work independently.
