Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing all events with a seamless turnover from sales to operations and back to sales
  • Support various in-house customers’ events, deliver with brand standard.
  • Prepare event documentations and coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth execution of events with high level of service standard
  • Conduct site inspection to clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling event and catering of all kinds, including conversion and logistics.
  • Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Events Services Manager
