Respnosibilities:
- Handle restaurant reservation matters and ensure that all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently
- Handle in-room dining orders from Hotel guests
- Monitor the We Chat in-room dining system and handle orders promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in the most efficient and friendly manner
- Record and process wake-up calls accurately
- Handle guest messages in the most prompt and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above with certificate in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills
- Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and shift duty is required
