Respnosibilities:

• Handle restaurant reservation matters and ensure that all reservations are promptly and accurately entered and updated consistently
• Handle in-room dining orders from Hotel guests
• Monitor the We Chat in-room dining system and handle orders promptly
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in the most efficient and friendly manner
• Record and process wake-up calls accurately
• Handle guest messages in the most prompt and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above with certificate in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Customer-oriented with strong communications skills and telephone skills
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Able to work independently and shift duty is required
