Responsibilities:
- Assist and support various in-house customers’ events
- Attend to daily events enquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare event documentations and coordinate with sales, hotel departments and customers to ensure consistent and high level of service
- Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trend
- Support daily administrative duties within the department
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- 1 year relevant experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Customer oriented with strong communication skills
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Delphi.fdc is highly preferred
