Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for checking bills, arranging payments and performing accounts payable functions within the section
  • Perform routine calculating, recording and filing to accomplish the accuracy of payment control
  • Checking requisitions, invoices and orders affecting cost control and F&B operations
  • Apply credit at budgeted cost percentage of the individual food and beverage sales to respective cost centre
  • Aggregate all information from Kitchen, F&B office, Receiving Department and Storeroom and work out the net food and beverage cost
  • Participate in monthly physical inventory taking in storerooms, kitchens and bars. Report any overage or shortage of physical count during inventory taking
  • Participate in the quarterly stock take of operating equipment and report any slow moving or damaged items
  • Conduct spot check of actual items received through Receiving Department as compared to what is being invoiced

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or LCC & I (Level 2)
  • At least 2 years' relevant work experience in Accounting
  • Knowledge of Sun accounting, Inventory system and proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Pleasant personality with a good sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
