We are representing a government funded institution seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Administration Officer (CAO) to support our CEO in coordinating all administrative functions and liaising with government entities. The CAO will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

• Assist the CEO in the strategic planning and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the institution and government agencies.
• Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and standards.
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership and staff.
• Lead initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the CEO and board meetings.

The Successful Candidate

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a government-funded or non-profit organization.
• Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
