Description
- Serve as a Workday expert, managing and maintaining the HRIS ecosystem to optimize functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver system solutions
- Configure and customize Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Reporting, and Business Processes
- Lead and support the implementation of Workday updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users, ensuring they maximize the potential of HR systems.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday
- Degree in HR, IT, Business or any relevant discipline
- Proven expertise in Workday configuration and administration
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
