Our client is looking for a Test Lead/ Senior Business Analyst in the IT investment Services department of a Top-tier insurance group. Experience in Investment Product is strongly preferred.
Description
- Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality insurance products.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into test plans and strategies.
- Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of test results and defects.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or BA Lead in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes.
- Preferably familiar with Aladdin software.
- Extensive experience in vendor management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
