Description
- Recruitment and Configuration: Assist in the completion of recruitment needs analysis, job posting, CV screening and interview arrangements, participate in the planning and execution of campus recruitment, social recruitment and other projects.
- Training and development: assist in the development of training plans, organise and implement staff training activities, track training results and optimise the training system.
- Performance Management: Assist in designing performance appraisal programme, participate in the implementation and feedback of performance appraisal, analyse performance data and make improvement suggestions.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in salary accounting, social security and provident fund payment, participate in salary research and support the optimisation of salary system.
- Other work: Participate in the development and revision of HR related systems, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Profile
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resource management, business administration, psychology and other related majors, welcome to fresh graduate.
- Passionate about FMCG industry, familiar with FMCG market dynamics, sales model and industry characteristics.
- Excellent communication skills and strong learning ability are preferred.
- FMCG industry or HR related internship experience is preferred, and familiarity with FMCG recruitment, training and other workflow will be an added advantage.
