We are looking for a junior paralegal with excellent language skills and a strong academic background, to join an international law firm.

Our client is a global law firm, headquartered in the US. They have a strong corporate practice across their Hong Kong and Beijing offices.

Description

This role will work in a close-knit team, directly supporting the Partner to assist across a range of M&A, general corporate and securities work. The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing drafts and handling legal documentation.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a law degree holder, ideally having studied in the US, with excellent language skills in English and Chinese. It is preferred that they have a few months of work experience in related transactional practice areas. They must demonstrate a strong academic background, be able to learn on the job and use their initiative.
