We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Registry:

Temporary Clerk (REG) (Ref: 23001DQ)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

Performing general clerical duties;
Providing frontline services including counter, email and/or hotline service; and
Performing any other related duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognized degree;
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
Good computer skills; and
Self-motivated, fast learning and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.

The Registry is a key central administrative unit of the University supporting it in providing quality higher education.
