Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

Performing general clerical duties at UG Enrolment Team of the Registry, including but not limited to administrative tasks, such as data entry, records handling, documents scanning, filing, and operations logistics supports; and
Performing any other related duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent;
Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel;
Minimum 1 year relevant experience is an advantage; and
Well-organized with a focus on accuracy.

Duration of Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed for the period between May 2025 and July 2025 (2 months).

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The Registry is a key central administrative unit of the University supporting it in providing quality higher education. We administer and deliver a broad range of student and academic services, such as admissions, registration, quality assurance, class scheduling, examinations, and graduation. The Registry is also responsible for maintaining student records and providing secretarial support to Senate and its committees, and are integral in the governing of academic regulations of the University.
