About our client

Our client is a leading retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with the recent expansion, they are now looking for a Team Head for their Deposit & Payment Product Portfolio team.

About the role

Reporting to the Product Head of Deposit & Payment, you will lead a team in formulating and developing Deposit & Payment product strategy to achieve growth of deposit business. You are required to manage business profitability by analyzing portfolio revenue, product P&L and sales performance. You are responsible for monitoring product cost and control as well as pricing strategy to increase product penetration in the market. In addition, you will conduct market analysis and forecast on deposit trend and suggest new product programs to ensure the continual growth of business effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in deposit product development and product portfolio management in retail banks.
• Solid knowledge in managing product life cycle and related operations of retail deposit and digital payment.
• Good knowledge in pricing, P&L management and analytics skills is a must.
• Strong business sense, good digital project skills and people management.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager position.
