• Manage tenant inquiries, property viewings, and leasing documentation.

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, retailers, and stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of retail leasing trends.

• Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals.

• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to enhance property appeal.

• 4+ years of retail leasing experience (preferably in shopping centers)

• Proven track record in leasing negotiations and deal closures.

• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and leasing laws.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
