About The Client
Our client is a stable healthcare/ medical MNC, currently seeking a HR Manager / HR Generalist with 10-12+ years of comprehensive HR generalist experience to oversee the small Hong Kong office. This role will dual-report to the Business General Manager and the HR Director, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

About The Role

• Develop and implement HR operations strategies that align with business objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with regulations.
• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead projects aimed at streamlining HR workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing employee experiences.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through targeted employee engagement initiatives and effective communication strategies.
• Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and provide strategic solutions that support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of experience in HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Experience in streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Tactful communication skills to effectively engage with and manage relationships with challenging leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficienct in English and Chinese
