Job Description:

• To participate in planning the upgrade / migration.
• To monitor and troubleshoot setup and configuration problems during the upgrade / migration.
• To design and execute test plans for the new architecture, e.g. local resilience tests, site failover tests, etc.
• To support and participate in drills.
• To maintain documentation relevant to the upgrade / migration.
• To provide nursing and maintenance support to the upgraded / migrated system.

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in infrastructure implementation and at least 2 years of relevant experience in servers and application support

• Must be knowledgeable and with hands on experience in any of these:

- Support WebLogic /Oracle/ MySQL/ MSSQL/ Windows/ AIX/ Linux/ Adobe AIR/ AWS/ Openshift

- Support mission critical systems

• Knowledge in Common monitoring tools and Test automation tools
