Job Description:

• Provide daily remote and onsite support services and solutions on hardware, software and networking related issues to end users
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
• Assist in maintaining internal systems and servers, including regular updates and backups
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE/HKDSE
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT support and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in IT Operational Management and Mobile / Wireless Communication
• Solid experience in Helpdesk Call Handling Technique
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
