Job Duties:

• Support full software development life cycle, including system analysis & design, implementation, testing, rollout and maintenance of IT systems
• Perform quality control on project deliverables and monitor the progress of the projects
• Coordinate project meetings and perform project management tasks
• Perform on-going new IT systems' maintenance and support
• Provide end-user IT support services including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation, setting up workstations and performing system maintenance work
• Manage outsource vendors
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
• At least 5 years' experience in IT industry
• Experience in project management and application implementation
• Experience in IT application development is essential and full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Solid programming experience and proficient in SQL and web
