Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV and storage systems
• Actively participate in the implementation of new projects, including system integration, SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Develop and deliver comprehensive system training programs to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring their understanding and effective utilization of our systems.
• Maintain and update documentation: Keep system and operational documentation up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2-3 years' experience in IT industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, network/security configurations, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems
• Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments
