Job Duties:

• Consisting of server, network and security engineers to provide Tier 1 support to a mission critical private cloud platform
• Execute support operation services based on defined operation manuals and instructions provided by Tier 2 support team. Follow defined documentation for incident and change management.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT
• At least 2 years experience in IT Support/Server support/Network support
