Job Description:

• Provide the daily administrative operations of IT hardware, software, equipment and facilities to the offices
• Provide PC LAN support to the offices
• Provide network infrastructure support to the offices
• Support the IT set up of meetings and events
• Update and maintain website via content management system
• Support procurement and store of IT hardware, software and equipment for the offices
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software and equipment

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in PC support and management
• Experience in Endpoint Security Solutions is essential
• Experience in Office Automation is essential
• Knowledge on government procurement / disposal procedures is essential
• At least 1 year of experience in supporting or work under government project is required
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
