• Site Supervision: Overseeing the installation and construction of curtain wall systems and structural steel works on-site.
• Coordination: Liaising between the project manager, site manager, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications for both curtain wall and structural steel projects.
• Progress Reporting: Monitoring daily progress and reporting to the project manager, providing updates on milestones and potential delays.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the construction process and implementing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Material Management: Coordinating the delivery and usage of materials for both curtain wall and structural steel projects, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
• Education: Diploma holder preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in site coordination, preferably in curtain wall or structural steel projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of curtain wall and structural steel engineering principles.
