THE COMPANY :

• We are an established international trading firm specializing in mineral resources, raw materials, and commodities, including but not limited to ores, ferroalloys, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, manganese ..... etc
• Our operations include ownership and management of production plants in Southeast Asia and South Africa, with additional offices strategically located in China, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Africa, and the USA.
• We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER   to join our team.

THE JOB :

• Report to Commercial Director 
• Work in Commercial team 5 members 
• Collaborate with our Southeast Asian plant to review production quantities and oversee the allocation of products across various regions.
• Support marketing activities by providing regular market updates and analyses, sourced from various reports, to all overseas offices.
• Assist in sourcing raw materials from China and SE Asia
• Coordinate sales and purchase operations with customers, suppliers, and overseas subsidiaries, including tasks such as preparing and negotiating sales offers, drafting contracts, and ensuring smooth execution of contractual obligations.
• Compile and maintain sales and purchase-related reports.
• Regularly update and manage the Customers and Suppliers Assessment database.
• Ensure accurate and organized filing of all sales and purchase contracts, as well as other related documentation.
• A tertiary degree preferably in International Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in international trading, with at least 2 years specializing in raw materials, mineral resources or commodities trading.
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade payment terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• 5-day work week with flexible working hours.
