My client is a global leader in Chemical products, providing solution to manufacturing, logistics and apparel industries. And we are seeking for a senior B2B sales management talent to join their team.

As this role, you'll spearhead our growth in Hong Kong's business sector, leveraging your deep industry ties and strategic acumen to secure partnerships with key players in logistics, packaging, retail, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Design and execute sales plans to exceed revenue targets in high-potential verticals.

* Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets through marketing exhibitions, data-driven insights and industrial analysis.

* Product Selling: Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to customize chemical solutions for client-specific needs.

* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with C-suite executives, procurement heads, and supply chain leaders.

* Team Development: Mentor junior sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

* Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years managing teams in logistics, packaging, or manufacturing

* Network: Proven connections with Hong Kong enterprises, regional buying offices, and cross-border stakeholders.

* Languages: fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

* Education: Bachelor's in Business, Materials Science, or Engineering; MBA or industry certifications are advantageous.

* Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to navigate multicultural corporate environments.
