About our Client

We are representing a reputable and sizeable company, with business presence in both Hong Kong and China. They are looking for an Administration Manager to join the team, focusing on facilities management and renovation project. This role also works closely with China office.

About the Role

• Report to the Senior Manager, supervise a small team.
• Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management across offices in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Prepare and manage budgets for administrative functions, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Work on Group projects across Hong Kong and Mainland from the tendering process to deployment process.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
• Conduct regular inspections of the office premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work with procurement department on reviewing company group contract
• Assist in any ad hoc task if required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 10 years in a sizeable company.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
