- Report to Merchandising Manager
- Work in Merchandising team of 3 members
- Work with customers on product development and costing (collaborate with Product Engineers) primarily for one Theme Park customer for global market
- Accurately estimate the production and material costs
- Responsible for product development, lab testing and production follow up
- Monitor daily merchandising flow from quotation, development to production
- Participate in price negotiation, liaison with customers on various stages of samples development, orders processing to shipments
- Follow sample and production orders to ensure quality standards and enhance customers satisfaction
- Follow-up orders with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with production team to ensure the quality and on-time delivery
- Providing full support to merchandising team and orders follow-up work
- 5+ years toys merchandising experience inclusive of product developmennt
- Experience in servicing theme park customers for global market is a big plus
- Experience in toys manufacturers is a plus
- Knowledge in BOM and cost evaluation
- Solid experience in product development and order arrangement
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- 2-3 trips per year to bring customers for factory visits
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
