- We are looking for TOYS PRODUCT DESIGNER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work independently for toys product design and coordinate product development for assigned toys brands/customers
- Conceptualize and create innovative toy designs that align with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Develop sketches, prototypes, and detailed design plans for new toy products.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with branding and manufacturing capabilities.
- Select appropriate materials and ensure designs meet safety regulations and quality standards.
- Revise and refine designs based on testing feedback and client input.
- Coordinate with Shenzhen Product Development team for prototype
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in toy design and production technologies.
- Perform graphic design when required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Experience in toy design or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks...etc
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of child safety standards and regulations for toys.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Occasional Shenzhen trip
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
